Do I need to supply any cleaning products?
No. Astrid brings all of her own cleaning products and all of her own equipment, so nothing comes out of your cupboard and there is nothing to buy before she arrives.
Is it the same cleaner every visit?
Yes. Lupi's is Astrid — not a franchise and not a rotating crew. The same person cleans your home every time, so you never have to re-explain how you like things done.
¿Habla español?
Sí. Astrid speaks both English and Spanish, so you can call, text or message in whichever you prefer.
How much does it cost?
There is no fixed price list, because there is no fixed house. The price follows the size of the home, how often she visits, what condition it is in and whether there are pets. Estimates are free, and new customers get $25 off their first cleaning.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. A schedule is just a schedule — you can change the frequency or stop at any time.
Do I need to be home?
That is entirely up to you. Some customers are home, some leave a key or a door code. Whatever you are comfortable with, arrange it with Astrid when you book.
How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better for a specific date, especially for move-out cleans where the window is fixed. For a regular schedule it is more flexible. Call or text and she will tell you honestly what she has.
What areas do you cover?
Astrid is based in Sterling and works across Loudoun County — Sterling, Ashburn and Brambleton especially — plus the wider Northern Virginia area, Maryland and Washington, DC. If you are not sure whether you are in range, just ask.
Do you clean offices or businesses?
Lupi's is a house cleaning business. Astrid has taken on business premises before, so it is worth asking if you run something small, but this is not a commercial cleaning company and she will tell you if it is not a good fit.
What if I'm not happy with something?
Tell her. She would far rather hear it than not, and it is a much smaller conversation than you think.
